bases, the backup takes just a few seconds, but this time can stretch if your database is
very large or your server is very busy. You should test your backups to see how long
they take, and leave a little extra time just in case.) Options are provided to “Repeat
the task” for situations where you want more than one backup during the course of the
day. You can set the interval between backups and set an ending time.

from the Frequency pop-up menu, make a selection (your choices are Daily, “Every n
days,” Once Only, and Weekly). When you change the frequency of a backup, the options in
the Schedule Detail section of the panel change too. In this case, Weekly is chosen, and you
can choose which days of the week, and how often, the schedule will run.
11. Click Next .
The assistant asks you to name your schedule. This step helps you identify it in a long
list of schedules you've created.
12. In the Schedule Name box, type Friday Night Offsite and then click Next .
The Enable Email Notifications panel appears.
13. Enter your email address and then click Next .
