BUKIT INDULGENCE
Superb surf aside, the Bukit has acquired a reputation for
super-luxury resorts

naturally, but the public areas are staggeringly stylish, too, with an infinity pool that merges
into the horizon and has graced the cover of many a glossy magazine. It comes as little
surprise to learn it is a fixture in the world's best 100 hotels awards. If the $825-a-night
price tag smarts, you could splash out in the well-regarded restaurants -

several terraces. Pizzas and pasta (for around Rp80,000) are only average, so come for sun-

fun.
