In the following screenshot, the features of the face have been established and con-
tinue to be refined. As explained in the previous steps, a layer is added with a spe-
cific goal in mind. By glazing a greenish color near the jaw and moustache area or
deepening the dark areas in the hood, the layer is merged and a new one is opened
as the process of refinement starts over again. The more you continue to do this, the
more refined the details in the painting will be. The size of the brush is decreased as
needed for finer details.
