If we want to break this timeline out by president, we can simply drag
President
from the
Dimensions pane to the Rows shelf. Doing so lists each president in alphabetical order, so we
can change the sort to be in chronological order by clicking in the
President
pill on the
Rows shelf, selecting
Sort
, and applying the sort rule shown in
Figure 9-23
.
After doing so, the timeline changes to appear as shown in
Figure 9-24
.
