Thus, the odor evaluation method can be categorized from these three aspects as
shown in Table 4.7 [ 21 ].
On the other hand, it is possible to divide odor evaluation methods into three
categories, as shown in Table 4.8 [ 21 ], from the viewpoint of application purpose.
