4. Select the two horizontal interior wall lines, and press the spacebar
or ↵ . The prompt changes and asks you to select the objects to be
extended.

5. Press and hold the Shift key while you select the inside exterior wall
line at the T-intersection between the two intersections with the inte-
rior wall lines that you have just picked as boundary edges (see the
top of Figure 4.23).
The exterior wall line is trimmed at the T-intersection (see the bot-
tom of Figure 4.23). Press the spacebar to end the TRIM command.
