command works for text as well as for fills and effects.
Use Linked Paragraph Frames
When you insert your cursor into the menu block of text, you'll
see a red down-arrow toward the bottom right of the frame. This
is the button for loading your cursor with the overflow text, the
faint gray text falling outside of the box—the text that currently
won't fit in the paragraph frame because of the frame size or the
point size of the text.
