City Reliquary- This Williamsburg, Brooklyn is definitely for those who
love the unusual. Originally a first-floor apartment, then turned “oddities”
shop, and now just a haven for the weird, tourists and locals alike travel to
this Metropolitan Avenue museum to see the unconventional. From subway
paint chips to city signs to an exhibit on pennies flattened from the pressure
of city traffic, their constantly rotating exhibits will amuse you.
Museum of Sex- The Flatiron District's museum of sex includes oddities
definitely not for the refined. Dedicated to tart a museum dedicated to "the
history, evolution and cultural significance of human sexuality” this mu-
seum features medieval sex toys to sex chairs to the effects of pinup girls in
the 50s.
