Some locations aren't very inviting for humans or horses. Areas that are heavily populated
with flies, ticks, fire ants, killer bees, other bugs, poisonous snakes, or scorpions will
provide constant management problems and in some cases disaster. That's not to say that
you can't learn to live with these creatures, but do some research ahead of time so you
won't be disappointed.

Look around the prospective property for several miles and try to determine where future
construction or other changes may take place that could affect the quality of water, air, or
