occupies a terrific waterfront spot along Pollenca's pine-shaded esplanade. A top-to-toe
makeover in 2013 has spruced up the rooms, with splashes of blue and turquoise; the best
have balconies with sea views. Staff bend over backwards to please and the location -
peaceful but close to the action - is perfect.

luxury, and the seaside doubles and suites are a taste of paradise.
Tennis courts, pools and flowery garden walkways aside, the hotel is so popular be-
cause of its location - it has the fabulous Formentor beach all to itself.
