Click OK. Now that user appears on the Group Or User Name list in the Permissions
dialog box.

With the user's name selected, notice the permissions in the lower pane. The Full
Control and Modify check boxes aren't selected.

Click OK.

Click OK to close the Private Properties dialog box.

Copy a document fi le into the
Private
folder.
13.
Log off your current user account, and log in as the other user.
14.
Attempt to open the document. Note what happens.
15.
Attempt to save changes to the document. Note what happens.
16.
Log off, and log in again using the original username.
