Suk et al. attached RGD or HIV-1 TAT peptides to PEI/DNA
nanocomplexes via PEG spacer molecules. Both RGD and TAT improved the

primary neurons up to 14-fold [49].
Use of lysomotropic agents such as chloroquine has been used in

has no application in vivo due to its pharmacological effects.
In any case, it looks like CPPs are really becoming promising tools for the
intracellular
delivery
of
various
drugs
and
drug-loaded
pharmaceutical
nanocarriers.
