end of the 17th century. At the time of writing the chateau was closed for an extensive

this part of Moravia stands on the edge of the Jewish Quarter. The bare-bones interior
belies a highly skilled kitchen. On our visit, we went for braised pork tenderloin
served with caramelised onion in red wine reduction, and the pumpkin soup as a
starter. The homemade cheesecake for dessert was perfection.
