all things Scottish should cross the Irish Sea to this pub for more Celtic shenanigans
amid single-malt heaven and a memorial to William Wallace.

HIKING IN MARIÁNSKÉ LÁZNĚ

Mariánské Lázně is surrounded by dense forest, with more than a dozen trails
winding through the woods and past pavilions and springs. The routes are
shown on map boards at the south end of the Colonnade.

A popular trail climbs to Hotel Panoráma, round past an old stone
watchtower (100 steps) and on to the ruin of Červená karkulka Café. Descend
here to buses on Hlavní (total less than 4km) or keep going for a 7km round trip.

An easier loop trail heads north past Forest spring (Lesní pramen) to
Lunapark, a pleasant cafe and spa hotel surrounded by forest.
