In-Depth Information
Generally the Italian dinner is lighter than the lunch, if people have had time to eat enough
at lunch. If there is a particular occasion, the organization and the menu may be the same as
the one for lunch, otherwise people avoid to eat too many carbohydrates, leaving the first
dish, and sometimes the dessert. After dinner it is even more common to drink a digestive,
since you don't have to go back to work, but you just have to sleep or relax.
