by.utilizing.the.ALD.method,.despite.the.ground.scale.having.a.higher.aspect.ratio.(Liu.
et.al..2011)..A.thin.ilm.of.Al 2 O 3 .was.deposited.on.the.butterly.wings.in.an.ALD.system.at.
80°C,.0.2.Torr.with.a.growth.rate.of.Al 2 O 3 .at.0.095.nm.per.cycle..This.demonstrated.that.the.
inorganic-organic.hybrid.structures.replicated.with.high.idelity.not.only.the.morphology.
of.the.scales,.but.also.the.homologous.iridescence.and.diffraction.property..Additionally,.
both.uncoated.and.coated.wings.show.similar.optical.features.and.hydrophobicity.that.can.
be.attributed.to.the.structures.and.not.the.chemistry.of.the.material..Similarly,.TiO 2 .wings.
