This Slow Food-recommended restaurant serving typical Larian (the cuisine of
Lago di Como) dishes is set back from the lake in the Como suburb of Lora, near
the Silk Museum. Sit beneath its atmospheric brick barrel-vaults (a nod to its pre-
vious life as a cellar) and dine on artisanal horse salami with chestnuts and honey,
