Restarting RDA daemons
After completing the offline backup of the SAP BW on HANA database, resume the ex-
ecution phase of the SUM for DMO process. The next major step in that process will be
restarting the Real Time Data Acquisition daemons in the BW system. You can use trans-
action RSRDA to restart the data acquisition processes.

ASU Toolbox task processing
After the RDA daemons have been restarted, the post-processing phase of the DMO pro-
cess begins. Use transaction /ASU/UPGRADE to start the ASU Toolbox once more. When
the toolbox is running, complete the task list that you created earlier in the process.

Adjusting SPAU
After you have finished processing the ASU task list, resume the execution phase in SUM
for DMO until you are prompted to adjust the SPAU, as shown in the example in Figure
6.10.
