From SPICE simulations using device parameters from a commercially available
CMOS process it has been verified in [ 10 ] that this topology offers improvements in
quiescent current control over earlier design and that it has a well-defined input
impedance.

4.5 Wide Band CMOS Current Conveyors

A CMOS CCII+ suitable for high frequency current mode signal processing was
proposed by Cha and Watanabe in [ 13 ] which is shown here in Fig. 4.5 . In this
circuit, the transistors M 2 ,M 3 ,M 4 , and M 6 form the regulated current cell for
