Setting Gap Options
If you create a gap in a closed path in a Live Paint Group, the face (fill) of the object dis-
appears. With the Gap Options dialog box, you can specify gap detection options to avoid
this problem. You can select a predefined gap size or enter one of your own along with a
gap preview color.
Set Gap Options
Select the
Direct Selection
tool on the Tools panel.
Select a Live Paint Group.
Click the
Gap Options
button on the Control panel.
