Always use a tripod or clamp arm ( Figure 9.14 ), and capture shots while you're making
the wearable. Also grab some “hero shots” of the project/product in action. Videos are
easy to share online, of course. Remember, good information is good advertising.

Readily Available Resources
Instead of constructing skirts, jackets, bags, and other base garments from scratch, in most
cases it's much easier to modify an existing item ( Figure 9.15 ). Providing shopping tips
andfabric/garmentqualitiestoseekout(e.g.,pockets,layersoffabric,materialchoice)will
teach users the type of outside-the-box thinking required to create their own projects down
the line.
