This new addition has quickly risen to the top of many lists, pro-
pelled in part by the reputation of owner/chef David Abrahams, a 25-year veteran of re-
sort kitchens on the West Coast. The decor is saloon simple, quality a bit uneven, and the
menu somewhat limited, though it incorporates a fusion of global tastes: think Hawaii
Regional with a twist.
A sushi bar (5pm to 9pm) and outdoor garden area provide some variety. Extensive
kids menu.
