Automatically Generate Thumbnails for Video Files —Select this option to
have Organizer automatically create a preview thumbnail for any imported
video files for display in the Viewer. The setting is turned on by default.
Automatically Prompt to Backup Files and Catalog —Select this option to
have Organizer remind you to back up your files and Catalog. The setting is
turned on by default.
Rotate JPEGs Using Orientation Metadata —Select this option to use
metadata for controlling the orientation of JPEG files imported to the Catalog.
The Viewer can display the image based on the metadata orientation, which is a

What Is JPEG or TIFF?
JPEG stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group and is a commonly
used file format for design and the Web. It is a lossy compression format
for digital images and photography. TIFF stands for Tagged Image File
Format and is also a popular file format for raster or bitmap images used
in design and photography today.
