4. When you find the Add-on or plug-in that you want, follow the developer's in-
structions for downloading it. Pay attention to the instruction on where the plug-in
is located in the Photoshop Elements workspace.
Installing Compressed Plug-ins
Many times, downloaded plug-ins are in compressed or Zip format. You'll see an extension
of .zip following the plug-in name. You need to unzip the plug-in before you can install it.
Installing zipped or compressed plug-ins in Photoshop Elements 13 is relatively simple.
You place the plug-in into a folder where you will store your plug-ins. The Preferences in
the Photo Editor let you designate a folder for your additional plugs-ins.
1. At the Operating system level, double-click the plug-in to unzip it.
2. Open the Photo Editor. See Chapter 1 , Getting Comfortable with the Photoshop
