Applying the Equalize Adjustments Filter
The Equalize Adjustments filter adjusts the brightness values of pixels in the photo. It cal-
culates the brightness level of all pixels in the photo or the selection and adjusts them so
that they are more evenly represented.

From the Photo Editor menu bar, choose Filter, Adjustments, Equalize.
