Restoring a Backup Catalog
In the world of computers, there is always the risk for hardware failure. If you ever have
had a hard drive crash or dropped a laptop, you probably were extremely happy to have a
backup of your information or extremely sad if you did not. Always back up your data, and
this includes the Catalog of Elements Organizer. After you back up your Catalog, you can
easily restore your Catalog to a new computer or external disk drive.
1.
In Organizer, choose File, Restore Catalog from the menu bar.

Under Restore From, click the Browse button to locate the Catalog backup folder.

Under Restore Files and Catalog To, click one of the two options:
