Then there is the Pulpit itself. This is a favorite spot for rock climbers, but if
you are a climber, you must register with the park at the country store before at-
tempting it.
For the rest of us, while the view is spectacular from here, it can also be danger-
ous. Many people try to climb out onto the Pulpit. If you are not sure-footed, do
not
attempt climbing out there! And be extra cautious on the high bluff and
boulders that surround the Pulpit. It's a long way down.
