The full view of data source is as shown here in the following screenshot:
You need to know the connection string to enter here. You will know
this when you create a tabular model in SSDT. You can also expand
the database node in the workspace database in your analysis services
server where you deployed the model. It is as shown:
• Data source=<name of SQL Server 2012 which has the database>
• Catalog = <Name of database>

. The data source is created as shown in the following screenshot:
