Figure 16-1 is how most beginners would start out and that's
fine. It's a learning step. This look is created by extruding the
arms straight out of an “armhole.” It's not very aesthetically
pleasing. If you look at your chest and hold out your arms,
you'll notice that a very distinct line is drawn from the bottom
of your pectoral muscles, and it flows up the front of your arm-
pit and all the way around your deltoid, or shoulder muscle.

You can see this very clearly when looking at bodybuilders. In
fact, due to their extremely low body fat during competitions,
they make great reference if you are unsure exactly how mus-
cles are laid out under the skin.
