Tweak the new vertices until you have a nice rounded shoul-
der similar to Figure 11-38.

Delete the polygons that will make up the edges where we
want the arm to connect and Shift-drag down to continue the
arm.

I made some additional tweaks to my shoulder to round it out
a tiny bit more. With a little forethought you'll see that you're
going to need more edges to make the shape of a round arm.
