Creating the web page
In this part of the lesson, you will open the start i le and get right to work adding content,
links, and slices.

From Photoshop, choose File > Browse in Bridge. When Adobe Bridge appears,
navigate to the ps12lessons folder and double-click to open the i le called ps1201.psd.

The i rst step you will take with this i le is save it as a work i le, then l ip the image so
the man is on the left rather than on the right.

Choose File > Save As. When the Save As dialog box appears, navigate to the
ps12lessons folder and type ps1201_work.psd into the Name text i eld. Choose
Photoshop from the Format drop-down menu and click Save.

Choose Image > Image Rotation and select Flip Canvas Horizontal. The image l ips
so the man is now on the left. Press Ctrl+S (Windows) or Command+S (Mac OS) to
save the i le.
