Changing your units of measurement
Before starting the web project, verify that your measurements are set in the pixel unit.
You make that change in your Photoshop Preferences.

Choose Edit > Preferences > Units & Rulers (Windows) or Photoshop > Preferences
> Units & Rulers (Mac OS). The Preferences dialog box appears, with Units & Rulers
already selected.

From the Units section of the Preferences dialog box, choose pixels from the Rulers
drop-down menu. Leave all the other settings at their default. Press OK.
