Here as well, it shows that the layout nr.3307 performs better than nr.962. Next to the fact
that the buffer of the latter network disappears faster than in the case of the first one, the
impact of the worst case failure shall be more amplified with the growth of demand in this
network. This can be observed in Tables 9.18 and 9.19, both showing the reduction in the
percentage of original demand moderately affected by the failure, on the account of the
increase of the percentage of significantly affected demand. This impact is further amplified
by the actual growth of the demand of 32%, suggesting the network renovation in order to
mitigate the problems with its performance, actually in both cases.
