ful.safety.program,.three.conditions.must.exist:.(1).management.leadership,.(2).safe.
working.conditions,.and.(3).safe.work.habits.by.all.employees..The.employers.must

by.consistently.enforcing.and.reinforcing.safety.regulations.
•. Provide.a.safe.working.place.for.all.employees;.it.pays.dividends.

•. Investigate. and. report. all. OSHA. recordable. accidents. and. injuries.. This.
