important that this role has access to Stereography expertise as early as
possible.
Titles of team members in the creative direction role are similar to
corresponding  roles in 2D editorial and include:
• Director
• Producer
3.6.1.4 Technical Operations
The Technical Operations role is responsible for keeping editorial tools in
proper working order. Other duties include: ingesting and outputting data
i les,  maintaining directory structures and naming conventions, creating or
maintaining scripts for automated functions, tracking i les, encoding and
transcoding. The Technical Operations team is typically also responsible
for creating backups and archives and for looking ahead to anticipate and
eliminate possible data and process bottlenecks. Titles of team members in
this role can include:
• Assistant Editor
• Engineer
• Data Wrangler
• IT Person
3.6.1.5 Project Management
Team members in this role are responsible for coordinating the elements
and processes within the editorial workl ow. They work closely with their
counterparts in other workl ows to make sure that the correct version of
the correct asset is being worked on. Titles of team members in this role
can include:
• Editorial Supervisor
• Post Supervisor
• Post Producer
• Digital Intermediate Supervisor
