Long-Term Monitoring
The slope is supervised with the aid of a long-term monitoring program including ob-
servation of the slope surface and the anchor heads each month, readings of anchor
load cells and piezometers every second month as well as extensometer and inclinometer
measurements once in three months (Rensing & Pierau 2006). In addition, the anchor
heads and surface measuring points were measured geodetically at regular intervals.
As a result of the regular evaluation of the monitoring results over the past few years,
the intervals between the measurements have been successively increased and the slope
can be considered as stable (Oehler 2012).
