Option 4
The energy consumption per capita is an indicator which reflects the
economic advances in global welfare. The maximum change of energy
consumption per capita is the measure of the potential change of the quality
life on our planet. Introduction of other indicators change reflecting zero
change will define the potential change of the global advances.
1.5.1. D EMONSTRATION OF G LOBAL
W ARMING R ESILIENCE I NDEX
The procedure for the Global Warming Resilience Index determination is
based on the assumption that options are defined by the agglomerated function
with weighted arithmetic mean as the synthesized function. Each option is
defined with the respective priority given to the individual option.
The numerical values for the maximum of respective indicator are
determined as specified in the table 1.
