reflecting human life quality and it is defined by the average income per capita
as the resilience social component of Global Warming Index.
Poverty generation is the immanent process on the globe. It reflects the
increase of global population and deficiency of energy, agriculture and
industrial products. In order to unified global poverty it is anticipated that the
energy consumption is the main parameter to be used in the definition of the
Global Warming Index component reflecting poverty generation on the globe.
The Resilience of Global Warming Index component is the global average
energy consumption per capita.
The Global Warming Resilience Index is defined as shown on table 1.
Numerical values for components are calculated for four options, namely:
Option A, Option B. Option C, and Option D. Each of the option comprise
values of indicators having Maximum, ¾ of Maximum, ½ of Maximum, ¼ of
Maximum and zero value.
Option 1
Option 1 design is based on the assumption that the change of the
indicators is defined with the maximum change of the surface temperature, 1/2
change of CO 2 emission, ¾ change of Income per capital and zero change of
the energy consumption per capita. It is anticipated that all other changes are
introduced in the same time with time and will last Δt time period.
Option 2
Option 2 comprise situation when the maximum change of the CO 2
emission is introduced at the same time as the ½ change of surface
temperature, ¼ change of income per capita and zero change of the energy
consumption per capita. It is of interest to emphasize that this option is
reflecting major change of the CO 2 emission and is effect on the global
warming. By the introduction of the maximum change of CO 2 emission the
resilience index will reflect vulnerability of our planet. It is important to notice
that if the sudden change of the CO 2 emission will override the maximum
value of the resilience index it may be lead to the catastrophic event.
Option 3
If the sudden change of income per capita is introduced with its maximum
value with other indicator changes corresponding to ½, 1/4 and zero,
