villa, condo, or private home. Most condos go for between $125 and $295 per night,
though private homes are more expensive. Villa rentals begin at $1,750 per week.

Coconut Coast Villas
This is a good choice for families seeking a vacation
condo, although there are no special facilities for children. Some units are studios,
suitable for couples, but other, more spacious accommodations contain two or three
bedrooms. The location is a 10-minute walk from Cruz Bay in a quiet suburban
neighborhood. There's a small beach but it's pebbly, and there are some steep steps
so it's not ideal for the mobility impaired. All units are oceanfront with private porches
and kitchens. Extra features include a hot tub, grill, laundry facilities, beach chairs,
coolers, and beach towels. A minimum stay of 4 nights is imposed.
