Getting There & Away
Air
Iberia ( 902 40 05 00; www.iberia.com ) flies daily to and from Madrid and Bar-
celona. Ryanair ( www.rynanair.com ) flies daily to Milan and Bologna.
Bus
Granada's bus station (Carretera de Jaén) is nearly 3km northwest of the city
centre. Alsina Graells ( 902 42 22 42; www.alsa.es ) runs to Córdoba (€12.52,
2¾ hours direct, nine daily), Seville (€19.32, three hours direct, eight daily), Málaga
(€9.75, 1½ hours direct, 16 daily) and Las Alpujarras.
Train
The train station (Avenida de Andaluces) is 1.5km west of the centre, off Avenida
de la Constitución. Four trains run daily to/from Seville (€23.85, three hours) and
Almería (€15.90, 2¼ hours) via Guadix, and six daily to/from Antequera (€19.90,
1½ hours). Three go to Ronda (€13.50, three hours) and Algeciras (€20.10, 4½
hours). For Málaga (€15, 2½ hours) or Córdoba (€34.30, 2½ hours) take an Algecir-
as train and change at Bobadilla (€9, 1½ hours). One or two trains go to each of
Madrid (€66.80, four to five hours), Valencia (€50.60, 7½ to eight hours) and Bar-
celona (€62.10, 12 hours).
