Artists and Craftsmen of the Flathead Summer Outdoor Show (920 S. Main St., Kal-

Among the annual festivals celebrating local art, food, and culture are the Whitefish Arts

ally Fourth of July weekend; the Festival Amadeus (1 Central Ave., Whitefish, 406/
257-3241, www.gscmusic.org ) , late July-early August; and the Huckleberry Days Art

in mid-August, which celebrates the juicy purple berry with music, entertainment, an art
fair, and lots of family fun.
The annual Taste of Whitefish (O'Shaughnessy Center, 1 Central Ave., Whitefish,

vance or $45 at the door) is the region's premier food event, with offerings indoors and out
in early September from more than 30 of the town's best restaurants.
