As shown in Fig. 20, the flow fields between two reefs are constantly changing with
increasing spacing. The horizontal flow field structure of two artificial reefs with 1.0 h
spacing is similar to that of a single reef. With the spacing of two reefs added to 2.0h, the
construction of the flow field presents a trend of separation. When the spacing is 4.0 h , the
flow velocity in most areas between the two reefs is slow after that the flow velocity increase
gradually with the spacing. The interactions of two artificial reefs are first strengthened and
then weakened with increasing distance.
