Reading Books
By default, books display full screen- one page in portrait orientation and two pages in
landscape view. Touch the middle of the screen to bring up the menu bar at the top of the
screen and the progress bar at the bottom.
To go back to My Books, tap the back arrow and book title at the upper left corner of the
screen, or the Back icon at the bottom of the screen.
Searching
You can search within the book by tapping the search bar at the top of the screen and typing
in a search term. Tap the Search key on the virtual keyboard to start the search. Tap any of
the search results to go to that page. You can continue to jump to result pages by tapping
the forward and back arrows at the bottom of the screen. To return to the place you were
reading, tap Back until you've returned to My Books, then tap the book to reopen it.
Changing Fonts and Size
Tap the Aa icon at the top of the screen to change text settings. You can change themes
(backgrounds), the typeface, text alignment, screen brightness, font size, and line height
(spacing).
Menu options
Tap the Menu icon at the upper right corner to see the menu. You can change to the original
pages view, tap About this topic to see the book description in the Play Store, share the
book, add a book mark, turn on reading aloud, access settings, and get help.
Using the Table of Contents
Tap the center of the screen to bring up the progress bar and then tap the Contents icon at
the lower left corner. Tap any entry to jump to that chapter in the topic.
