Pre-1945 American art shines at this museum, including iconic works by John Singer Sar-
gent, Winslow Homer and Alexander Calder, as well as an impressive collection of works
depicting the American West by artists Frederic Remington and Charles M Russell.
There's also an extensive photography collection. Walking through the exhibits is like
taking a visual tour of the US - from Yosemite National Park with Albert Bierstadt to
New Mexico with Georgia O'Keeffe.
