really want to go all out, this luxurious hotel (formerly the Watermark) is a good place to
get pampered, with top-of-the-line amenities and an on-site spa. It's ultraserene, in stark
contrast to the tourist scene waiting just downstairs, and ideally suited to people who want
to just draw the blinds and enjoy some relaxation.

mink throws, molded concrete, light shining through perforated metal - this place is all
about texture. It could have been transported from New York City, both in its minimalist-
chic style and in the size of some of the smaller rooms, but it's a hip option if you eschew
chains and historic hotels.

Revival mansion occupying a large corner lot still manages to jump out at you and say,
'Hey, look at me!' Maybe it's the columns, maybe it's the sprawling lawn or perhaps it's
the wraparound porches. The inside lives up to the exterior, with understatedly elegant
rooms, some of which are enormous.

name, this butterscotch-colored house is a beauty. Spacious rooms are tastefully furnished,
