than-usual options. But we'll let you in on a little secret: this place could serve nothing but

The diverse menu has plenty of options, but no matter what you choose, we must insist
that you order the batter-dipped French fries, which is what this place is famous for.

Not content to rest on his Uchi laurels, Chef Tyson Cole opened this North Lamar res-
taurant that describes itself as 'Japanese farmhouse dining.' But we're here to tell you, it's
hard to imagine being treated to fantastic and unique delicacies such as these and enjoying
this sort of bustling ambience in any Japanese farmhouse. Reservations are highly recom-
mended.
