Sat) Not content to rest on his Uchi laurels, Chef Tyson Cole opened this North Lamar res-
taurant that describes itself as 'Japanese farmhouse dining.' But we're here to tell you, it's
hard to imagine being treated to fantastic and unique delicacies such as these and enjoying
this sort of bustling ambience in any Japanese farmhouse. Reservations are highly recom-
