Eating
For a mountain town, Aspen has a refreshingly diverse culinary scene. From hole-in-the-
wall sandwich joints to top-shelf sushi, raw bars and grass-fed, locally sourced beef, you
should have no problem replenishing your calorie count in style after an action-packed
day. It goes without saying that you'll need to reserve a table for dinner.
