Activities
Boulder's much-deserved reputation as an ecotopia (see: King, Stephen; The Stand ) is
rooted in the collective call for outdoors adventure. But it's also a place to go inside and
tune in with your inner Om. Naropa is just one petal in the New Age/spiritual/yoga flower
that's blossomed here. Aside from the various yoga studios and day spas, activities are
nature oriented, with hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails, and shady Boulder
Creek running through town. Yeah, if you get bored here, it really is your own fault.
