Figure 6-23. The goal here is to get the silverware from Photo A (whose Layers panel is visible)
onto the tablecloth in Photo B. When combining parts of different images, you always drag from
the Layers panel onto a photo window. (If you try to drag a photo onto a photo, it won't work un-
less you activate the Move tool first.) When you do this, you may see a shadowy version of what
was in the Layers panel for Photo A (as shown here) or just the little clutching hand cursor and no
outline at all, depending on your operating system. Once you've dropped the object onto the other
image, use the Move tool to reposition it, if necessary.
