At Hong Kong International Airport, two Customer Services Centres (arrivals hall
7am-11pm, departures hall 5am-1am) provide maps; money-exchange and banking counters;
ATMs; duty-free shops; and pay or courtesy phones. A couple of counters at the arrivals
hall help with accommodation or car hire. A short-term baggage storage facility is located
on Level 3 of Terminal 2.
